Check out is by 11 a.m. If you need a later departure time, a two-night reservation is needed (the night following departure).

  • Cancellation

All  reservations require a deposit equal to one-night with taxes. Once booked, room cancellations  are subject to fees.

If your plans change after reservation is booked, cancellations notice made before 4pm and more than 7-days in advance of arrival date are refunded 80% of the deposit (20% service fee).  Cancellations after 4pm and  7-days (168 hours) or less before arrival date, are charged in full for all nights reserved (100% of reservation) to the credit card on file.

The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.

The cancellation policy attached to your reservation is confirmed by email following booking.  Some reservations may have different cancellation policies other than our 7-day policy.

  • Breakfast/Dining

Our on-site restaurant, the 220 HOUSE, serves a dinner menu Wednesday - Saturday, from 5pm until usually 7pm.  Reservations are suggested. Please be aware, if you choose not to dine with us Wed-Sat, or are staying on a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday night,  sandwich places are within walking distance from hotel, but dinner restaurant options are 30 or more minutes from hotel.

Restaurant does not serve breakfast. During peak season and popular weekends, fresh-brewed coffee and continental breakfast items are available  from 8am-9:30am in the community room.  All other times, coffee is in-room, using provided coffee-maker. Local diners and quick stops within walking distance serve hot breakfast.

  • WiFi

Complimentary wireless Internet is available throughout the building.  Instructions for use are provided to guests.

  • Parking

Entrance and main level parking  is a ONE-WAY drive from Route 220 (German Street).  Guests should not go WRONG WAY on the ONE-WAY driveway.  (this creates a dangerous situation for other vehicles entering.)

The hotel has several parking lots as follows:

Rt 220/Main Level Lot: To the north and south sides of the hotel’s main door there are several spaces including handicap parking. These spaces provide easy access to all areas of the hotel and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Center Street Lots: Additional parking (South and North Lots) can be accessed from Center Street behind the hotel. Center Street can be reached by exiting the main driveway and turning right (south on Route 220); taking next right on Christian Street by church; then turning right on Center Street. First driveway entrance is the South Lot (shared with Dental Office) and the third driveway entrance is the North Lot (before Sinclair’s hardware store). Please note that the second (middle) driveway with garages is private.

Parking in the North Lot provides guests with internal access into the lower level of the hotel’s North Wing; when parking in the South Lot, an exterior pathway must be used to return to the main entrance. Guests may temporarily park in the loading zone in front of the main hotel entrance while checking in or out and dropping off passengers. Vehicles MUST be facing the proper way on the ONE-WAY driveway.

Housekeeping is provided for multiple night stay reservations of three or more nights.
